Orbital and Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Kevin Wu earned his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed his ophthalmology residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. He then pursued a two-year fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery through the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS), the premier training program in oculofacial plastic surgery. His fellowship, under the mentorship of Evan Black, M.D., was hosted by Consultants in Ophthalmic & Facial Plastic Surgery and affiliated with William Beaumont Hospital, Kresge Eye Institute, and the University of Michigan.
As one of only two dozen ASOPRS fellows to graduate annually, Dr. Wu is highly trained in all aspects of oculofacial plastic surgery, including eyelid reconstruction, lacrimal system disorders, orbital diseases and trauma, and aesthetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, and cosmetic eyelid and facial surgeries.
Dr. Wu also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Mount Sinai Hospital and Elmhurst Hospital Center, where he teaches oculoplastic surgery to ophthalmology residents from the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai.
